Strategic Services

At Paragus, we are invested in the long-term success of our clients. We start by facilitating an annual strategic planning session where we help you assess how IT fits into the broader goals and objectives for your business. From there we develop your three-year technology roadmap, laying out your goals and how we can work with you to achieve them. Finally, we build your one-year annual budget so that you know exactly what expenses and changes are coming in each quarter of the upcoming fiscal year.

Your Account Relationship Manager will meet with you at least once a month to review everything going on in your business and ensure nothing ever falls through the cracks. These check-ins provide a great opportunity to review upcoming projects, share insights, and bring opportunities to your attention that you might have otherwise missed out on.

What does the paragus Fully Managed Program Cost?

Between salaries, benefits, technology upgrades, and ongoing operational costs, maintaining even a single internal IT person can be very expensive—let alone an entire staff. With Paragus, you have 24/7 support from a diverse team of experts. No more covering vacations, dealing with turnover, or worrying about keeping up with the latest expensive technology.

As an employee-owned company, we are committed to building long-term relationships with our clients through fair, transparent, and equitable pricing. Obviously pricing can be somewhat complex and requires us to know a lot more about a business to be able to give an exact estimate, however in general, here is some very useful information.

Four Components to Monthly Agreement

  • Covers all the stuff we do behind the scenes and most of your help-desk services for your staff. To learn more, click here.

  • Small monthly retainer to cover anything not already covered by the agreement. To learn more about what is billed hourly, click here.

  • Additional add-ons selected from an ala carte menu, everything from cyber training to backup services. To learn more about third party services, click here.

  • When it comes to Microsoft Licenses, we will serve as the passthrough for all of your Microsoft 365 and Azure licenses and we sell everything at MSRP. If you aren’t sure what licenses you need, click here, or reach out for more information.

For a typical business, the Base Agreement ranges from $95-$175 per user/per month with a Retainer of a few hundred dollars a month to cover anything not covered by the agreement. Not sure who counts as a user, click here.

Outside of that, the only other charges our clients ever have to worry about receiving from us are Projects that are quoted out separately on a case-by-case basis and hardware and software purchases.
